NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City of Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, August 28th, 2023 at the Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearing at this meeting:

Approximately 6:00 p.m. – Public Hearing to Rezone Multiple Lots within the City of Becker to Align with the City of Becker’s Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map – As permitted under Minnesota Statute 462.357, the City of Becker initiated the process to rezone multiple lots from R-1 (Single Family Residential) to R-3 (Multi- Family Residential) to bring them into compliance with the City of Becker’s Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map. The properties are currently identified as parcel numbers 60-409-0225, 60-409-0230, 60-409-0340, 60-409-0350, 60-409-0360, 60-409-0370, 60-409-0380, and 60-409-0390.

Anyone interested in this issue is encouraged to attend and comment at the Public Hearing. If you are unable to attend, please provide written comment to Jacob Sanders at P.O. Box 250, Becker, MN 55308 or by e-mail to jsanders@ci.becker.mn.us by 4:30 p.m. August 28th, 2023.
