NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR A VARIANCE FOR 705 SPRING STREET.

Notice is hereby given that the Clearwater Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 22, 2023 at City Hall, 605 County Road 75 NW at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider a request by Melissa Alberico. The request is for a variance to allow a vinyl privacy fence along Pine Street at 705 Spring Street (PID 104010021010).

All persons wishing to speak on this item will be heard. Comments may be submitted in writing prior to the meeting.
