NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON VACATION OF THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN THE INTERIOR OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1 OF SCENIC RIVER VIEW, IDENTIFIED AS PARCEL 05-523-0105 PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES §412.851 AND §462.358 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held before the Becker Town Board on August 21, 2023 at the Becker Town Hall located at 12165 Hancock. Street, Becker MN at approximately 7:00 pm to consider the proposed vacation of drainage and utility easement located in the interior section of Lot 1, Block 1 of Scenic River View.

All parties interested in this issue are invited to attend and comment.  If you are unable to attend, please provide written comment to the Town Clerk at PO Box 248, Becker MN 55308 or clerk@beckertownship.org.  All written comments are due by 4:00 pm on August 21, 2023.
