ORDINANCE 2023-01 

AN ORDINANCE REZONING MULTIPLE PROPERTIES 

The Becker Joint Planning Board so ordains: 

Section 1. 

The Official Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Map 

shall be amended as follows: Legal Descriptions as shown on attached Exhibit A  Shall be rezoned General Rural (GR) from Agriculture (AG). 

Section 2. 

Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication. 

EXHIBIT A 

05-022-3308 That part of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 33, Range 28 in Sherburne County, Minnesota, described as follows:  Beginning at a point on the south line of said South Half of the Southwest Quarter distant 1790.00 feet west of the southeast corner thereof; thence North parallel with the east line of said South Half of Southwest Quarter a distance of 525 feet; thence West parallel with the south line of said South Half of Southwest Quarter a distance of 624.45 feet to the centerline of County State Aid Highway No. 11; thence southeasterly along said centerline, a distance of 671 feet more or less to the south line of said South Half of Southwest Quarter; thence easterly, along said south line, a distance of 217.48 feet to the actual point of beginning.  Together with and subject to an easement for road purposes over and across a strip of land 66 feet in width the centerline of which starts at the northeast corner of the above described tract and runs west parallel with the south line of said South Half of Southwest Quarter to an intersection with the east right of way line of County State Highway No. 11, and there terminating. 

05-022-3309 That part of the South Half or the Southwest Quarter (S 1/2 of SW 1/4) of Section Twenty-two (22), Township Thirty-Three (33), Range Twenty-Eight (28), in Sherburne County, Minnesota, described as follows:  Beginning at a point on the south line of said South Half of Southwest Quarter that is 1522.60 feet west of the southeast corner thereof, thence north parallel with the east line of said South Half of Southwest Quarter a distance of 162 feet to the actual point of beginning, thence continue North, parallel with the said east line a distance of 363 feet, thence West, parallel with the south line of said South Half of Southwest Quarter, a distance of 120.0 feet, thence South parallel with the said east line, a distance of 363.00 feet, thence East, parallel with the south line, a distance of 120 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. 

05-022-3310 That part of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 33, Range 28, in Sherburne County, Minnesota, described as follows:  Beginning at a point on the south line of said South Half of Southwest Quarter that is 1375 feet west of the southeast corner thereof; thence north parallel with the east line of said South Half of Southwest Quarter a distance of 525 feet; thence West parallel with the south line of said South half of Southwest Quarter a distance of 415 feet: thence South parallel with the said east line a distance of 525 feet to the south line of said South Half of Southwest Quarter; thence East along the said South line a distance of 415 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. Excepting therefrom that part of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 33, Range 28, In Sherburne County, Minnesota, described as follows:  Beginning at a point on the south line of said South Half of Southwest Quarter that is 1522.50 feet west of the southeast corner thereof; thence north parallel with the east line of said South Half of Southwest Quarter a distance of 162 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence continue North, parallel with said east line a distance of 363 feet; thence West, parallel with the south line of said South Half of Southwest Quarter, a distance of 120.00 feet, thence South, parallel with the said east line, a distance of 363.00 feet; thence East, parallel with the south line, a distance of 120 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.

05-022-3411 That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Twenty-Two, Township Thirty-three, Range Twenty-eight, in Sherburne County, Minnesota, described as follows:  Beginning at a point on the South line of said Southeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter that is 545 feet West of the Southeast corner thereof; thence North parallel with the East line of said Southeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter a distance of 525 feet; thence West parallel with the South line of said Southeast Quarter and 525 feet therefrom a distance of 415 feet; thence South parallel with the East line of said Southeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter a distance of 525 feet to the South line thereof; thence East along said South line 415 feet to the point of beginning, Sherburne County, Minnesota. Together with an easement for road purposes over and across a strip of land 66 feet in width, the center line of which is described as follows:  Beginning at a point on the East line of County Road No. 11, which point is 525 feet North of the South line thereof; thence East parallel with said South line of said Section 22 to an Intersection with a line parallel with and 545 feet West of the East line of said Southeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter and there terminating.

05-022-3415 That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 33, Range 28, in Sherburne County, Minnesota, described as follows:  Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Southeast of Southwest; thence North along the East line thereof a distance of 480 feet; thence West parallel with the South line of said Southeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter a distance of 545 feet; thence South parallel with said East line a distance of 480 feet, more or less, to the South line of said Southeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter; thence East along said South line a distance of 545 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. Together with an easement for road purposes over and across a strip of land 66 feet in width, the center line of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line of County Road No. 11 , which point is 525 feet North of the South line of said Southeast Quarter of Southwest Quarter; thence East parallel with said South line together with all  hereditaments and appurtenances belonging, thereto, subject to the following exceptions: Subject to restrictions, reservations and easements of record, if any.
