AN ORDINANCE REVISING SECTION 11.40, 

SUBDIVISION 4, OF CHAPTER 11 LAND USE

REGULATION (ZONING) OF THE CITY OF 

BECKER CODE

The following official summary of the ordinance referred to has been approved by the City Council of Becker as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the amendments.

Chapter 11, Land Use Regulation (Zoning)

Section 11.40 COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C-COM)

Subd. 4. Conditional uses

This ordinance revises section 11.40, subdivision 4 of Chapter 11 of the City of Becker Code to allow for motor vehicle services as a conditional use in the Community Commercial (C-COM) zoning district.

A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
