CITY OF BIG LAKE, MINNESOTA

ORDINANCE NO. 2024-01

The Big Lake City Code is hereby amended to repeal and replace Chapter 3 (Licensing), Section 395 (Therapeutic Massage) to update regulations pertaining to massage services performed in the City of Big Lake. The new language will implement stricter rules on educational requirements, minimizing the risk of criminal activity in the community, and implementing stronger penalties and sanctions for violations of the ordinance. A printed copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection during regular office hours in the office of the City Clerk.  Adopted by the Big Lake City Council this 14th day of February, 2024.
