CITY OF BIG LAKE, MINNESOTA

ORDINANCE NO. 2023-09

The Big Lake City Council approved an Ordinance to rezone a parcel legal described as Lot 1, Block 1, Lake Shopping Center Third Addition from B-2 General Business to PUD, Planned Unit Development. The Ordinance allows for a mixed use building and establishes setbacks, screening, landscaping, and parking requirements. A printed copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection during regular office hours in the office of the City Clerk.  Adopted by the Big Lake City Council this 12th day of July, 2023.
