NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Becker Township Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 14, 2023 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings beginning at 7:01 pm and following:

Public hearing for Preliminary Plat Application and consideration of Final Plat Application for Owners/Applicants Della and Calvin Anderson.  The owners/applicants have submitted a preliminary plat application and final plat application for the approximately 60 acre parcel identified as parcel number 05-120-1200 and located in Section 20, Township 34N, Range 28W.

Public hearing for Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Ordinance.  Subdivision standards of the zoning ordinance have been reviewed and updates will be occurring in several areas including Administrative, Variances, Procedures, Plat Specifications and procedures, Subdivision Design Standards, and other verbiage clarifications.

Anyone interested in these requests is encouraged to attend in person or via zoom and comment at the Public Hearing.  If you have questions regarding the requests please contact Lucinda Messman at Becker Township Hall, 12165 Hancock Street, Becker, MN, 763-261-5301.  If you are unable to attend, please provide written comment to Lucinda Messman at P.O.
