NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON VACATION OF
MULTIPLE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN ENERGY PARK FIFTH ADDITION
The following official summary of the ordinance referred to has Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Becker on the 2nd day of August, 2023, in the City Hall located at 12060 Sherburne Ave SE at approximately 5:00 pm to consider a proposed vacation of portions of multiple drainage and utility easements in Energy Park Fifth Addition legally described as:
The easterly 6.00 feet of Lot One (1), Block One (1) ENERGY PARK FIFTH ADDITION, Sherburne County, Minnesota, except that part lying within the northerly 10.00 feet of said Lot One (1), Block One (1)
AND
The southerly 6.00 feet of Lot One (1), Block One (1) ENERGY PARK FIFTH ADDITION, Sherburne County, Minnesota, except that part lying within the westerly 10.00 feet of said Lot One (1), Block One (1)
AND
The westerly 6.00 feet of Lot Two (2), Block One (1) ENERGY PARK FIFTH ADDITION, Sherburne County, Minnesota, except that part lying within the northerly 10.00 feet of said Lot Two (2), Block One (1)
AND
The southerly 6.00 feet of Lot Two (2), Block One (1) ENERGY PARK FIFTH ADDITION, Sherburne County, Minnesota, except that part lying within the easterly 6.00 feet of said Lot Two (2), Block One (1)
AND
The southerly 6.00 feet of Lot Three (3), Block One (1) ENERGY PARK FIFTH ADDITION, Sherburne County, Minnesota, except that part lying within the westerly 6.00 feet and easterly 6.00 feet of said Lot Three (3), Block One (1)

The westerly 6.00 feet of the southerly 123.88 feet of Lot Four (4), Block One (1) ENERGY PARK FIFTH ADDITION, Sherburne County, Minnesota
