ADVERTISMENT FOR BIDS

ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
2023-C (107th Avenue SE) and 2023-D (115th Avenue SE)
PALMER TOWNSHIP, SHERBURNE COUNTY,
MINNESOTA
Sealed proposals for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for Palmer Township Road Improvement Projects 2023-C (107th Avenue SE) and 2023-D (115th Avenue SE) in Palmer Township, Sherburne County, will be received by Civil Engineering Site Design at their office, 118 E. Broadway Street, P.O. Box 566, Monticello, MN 55362, on or before 1:00 P.M. on Monday July 10, 2023, at which time proposals will be opened and verified. Proposals will be reviewed by Township Supervisors at 7:00 P.M. on Monday July 10, 2023, the results will be publicly read aloud.
General Description
The projects consist of the following major items of work:
9887 SY Bituminous Reclamation
1258 Tons of Bituminous Base Course 2360 SP 12.5
890 Tons of Bituminous Wear Course 2360 SP 9.5
330 Tons of Class 5 Aggregate
and other related items of work
Contract Description
The contract is a unit price contract and is described in detail in Division 0 of the Project Manual.
Project Schedule
All work included in the contract shall be completed within 10 working days of date of commencement as stated in the Notice to Proceed.
Project Plans and Documents
Proposal Forms, Contract Documents, Plans and Specifications as prepared by Civil Engineering Site Design., Civil Engineer, are on file in the office of said Engineer located at 118 E. Broadway Street, P.O. Box 566, Monticello, MN 55362.

The Township Board reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids or accept an individual component thereof.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days of the actual date of opening thereof.
Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount equal to 5% of the bid.
