CALL TO ORDER
The Work Session of the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 727, Big Lake Schools was called to order on November 9, 2023.

ROLL CALL
All Board members were present except Ms. Lenette Brown.

DISTRICT FACILITIES AND FINANCIAL NEEDS DISCUSSION
Superintendent Truebenbach and Director of Business Services, Angie Manuel reviewed future financial needs of the district. Discussed the public survey questions. Buildings and Grounds Director, TJ Zerwas, reviewed another Liberty parking lot concept.

ADJOURNMENT
A motion passed to adjourn the meeting.
