CITY OF BIG LAKE, MINNESOTA

ORDINANCE NO. 2023-06

For purposes of consistency with The Big Lake Zoning Code, the Zoning Map is hereby amended as follows: property zoned Isolated Industrial (I-3) is rezoned General Industrial (I-2); property zoned Innovation Industrial (I-4) is rezoned Innovation Industrial (I-3). Property zoned Business Campus (B-1) is rezoned Community Business (B-1); property zoned Community Business (B-2) is rezoned Community Business (B-1); property zoned General Business (B-3) is rezoned General Business (B-2). Property zoned Residential Estate (R-1E) is rezoned Single Family Residential (R-1).  A printed copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection during regular office hours in the office of the City Clerk.  Adopted by the Big Lake City Council this 28th day of June, 2023.
