CITY OF BIG LAKE, MINNESOTA

ORDINANCE NO. 2023-07

The Big Lake City Code is amended to revise Chapters 10 (Zoning Code), and 11 (Subdivision), of the City Code. The amendments update the procedure, application review and submittal requirements for a PUD, allows Development Stage PUD to be combined and together processed through a review as a Final Plan PUD, and rezone application, adds a major and minor PUD changes section to an approved development stage PUD Plan and Final Plan PUD, and updates the concept plan, and final plat sections related to purpose, application, and approval. A printed copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection during regular office hours in the office of the City Clerk. Adopted by the Big Lake City Council this 28th day of June, 2023.
