CITY OF BIG LAKE, MINNESOTA

ORDINANCE NO. 2023-08

The Big Lake City Code is amended to revise Chapters 4 (Alcoholic Beverages), and 10 (Zoning Code) of the City Code. The update adds a new temporary use for liquor license holders who host outdoor events, cross references outdoor dining related to temporary outdoor on-sale events, and adds regulations for outdoor liquor license premises. A printed copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection during regular office hours in the office of the City Clerk. Adopted by the Big Lake City Council this 28th day of June, 2023.
