NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT REZONING
You are hereby notified that the Big Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a zoning ordinance amendment to rezone certain property located on the southeast corner of Fern St. & Martin Ave. The request is to rezone the property to Planned Unit Development to facilitate a mixed use commercial and residential building and allow reductions in setbacks, and landscaping requirements. The public hearing will be held in the Big Lake City Council Chambers located at 160 Lake Street North on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at 6:00 PM or shortly thereafter.
Applicant: Blackbird Laundry Co. LLC
Owner: Big Lake Economic Development Authority
Location: Southeast corner of Fern St. & Martin Ave.
PID / Legal: 65-554-0105 / Lot 1, Block 1 Lake Shopping Center Third Addition
Both oral and written comments will be considered by the Planning Commission.
