Chair Jurek called the regular meeting of the School Board of District #726 to order on the 1st day of May, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Teaching & Learning Center.
Roll Call.
Members present: Troy Berning, Ryan Hubbard, Aaron Jurek, Connie Robinson, Corey Stanger, Pete Weismann
Members absent: None
Others present: Jeremy Schmidt, Superintendent & Kevin Januszewski, Director of Business Services

Motion by Troy Berning, seconded by Corey Stanger, to Approve the Consent Agenda as presented. Motion carried unanimously.

Motion by Troy Berning, seconded by Ryan Hubbard, to Approve the Revised 2022-2023 Budget, as presented. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Troy Berning, seconded by Connie Robinson, to Approve the Proposed 2023–2024 Budget. Motion carried unanimously.
The School Board Reviewed the following policies. There was no action taken (formatting & reference changes only).
420 - Students & Employees with Sexually Transmitted Infections & Diseases & Certain Other Communicable Diseases & Infectious Conditions
A First Reading was held on the following policies. A second reading will be held at the next regular school board meeting.
417 - Chemical Use and Abuse
418 - Drug Free Workplace Drug Free Schools
722 - Public Data Access Requests
Motion by Pete Weismann, seconded by Corey Stanger, to Approve the Following Policy Recommendations:
410 - Family & Medical Leave Policy
416 - Drug & Alcohol Testing
536 - Special Dietary Needs
Motion carried unanimously.
