NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Sherburne County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing, according to M.S. 340A.405, subd (d), at 7:00 p.m. or as soon as can be heard thereafter, on July 18th,2023 during the regular County Board Meeting at the Government Center, 13880 Business Center Dr. NW, Elk River, Minnesota 55330.  The purpose of the hearing is to consider On-Sale w/Sunday Liquor License application for Getaway Bar. Due to change in new ownership: (Formerly KJ’s Refuge Bar & Grill)

The hearing is open to you and any interested person at which time you may appear if you so desire, either in person or by agent or attorney, in opposition to or support of the request.
