CITY OF BECKER

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City of Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, October 30, 2023 at the Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue.  The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearing at this meeting:   

Approximately 6:00 p.m. – Public Hearing for a Registered Land Survey Minor Subdivision in the City of Becker, Sherburne County, Minnesota – Xcel Energy (Owner and Applicant) has submitted an application to split the parcel currently identified as 60-336-2100 into two separate tracts via registered land survey.

Approximately 6:01 p.m. - Public Hearing for Chapter 11 Zoning Code Amendments and Additions to the City of Becker Land Use Regulation (Zoning) ordinance specifically related to changing the naming of Industrial Land Use Districts and adjusting language in the purpose statements of each.

Anyone interested in these issues is encouraged to attend and comment at the Public Hearing.  If you are unable to attend, please provide written comment to Jacob Sanders at P.O. Box 250, Becker, MN  55308 or by e-mail to jsanders@ci.becker.mn.us by 4:30 p.m. October 30th, 2023.
