NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 

TO CONSIDER VACATION OF THE PUBLIC ROAD KNOWN AS UNIVERSITY AVENUE SOUTHEAST

Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Becker on the 7th day of November, 2023, in the City Hall located at 12060 Sherburne Ave SE at approximately 5:00 pm to consider a proposed vacation of the public road known as University Avenue Southeast legally described as:

That certain Town Road described as follows:

Running East and West on the one-quarter line of Section 36, Township 34, Range 29, commencing at the East Section line of said Section 36; thence Westerly a distance of ¾ mile to the East line of the West Half of the West Half (W1/2 of W1/2) of said Section 36
