ORDINANCE No. 281, 2nd Series Summary 

AN ORDINANCE REVISING SECTION 11.20 SUBDIVISION 4.B. OF CHAPTER 11- LAND USE REGULATIONS (ZONING) OF THE CITY OF BECKER CITY CODE 

The following official summary of the ordinance referred to has been approved by the City Council of Becker as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the amendments. 

Chapter 11, Land Use Regulations (Zoning)

Section 11.20 GENERAL REGULATIONS 

Subd. 4. PARKING STANDARDS 

This ordinance adds T-TOWN to B. of Subdivision 4. of the parking standards as an applicable district for regulations under this subdivision. 

A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
