NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR DEFERRED PARKING AT 

17701 198TH AVE NW

You are hereby notified that the Big Lake Joint Planning Board will hold a public hearing to consider a request for an interim use permit at 17701 198th Ave NW. The hearing will be held in the Big Lake City Hall Council Chambers located at 160 Lake Street North on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at or about 4:00 p.m.

Applicant: LISI Medical Remmele Inc  

Location: North of BNSF Railroad, south of 198th Ave                         NW., east of CSAH 43 and west of 172nd St NW 

PID#: 65-553-0110 

Request: Interim use permit for deferred parking. A proposed 45,000 square foot building addition requires a total of 300 parking spaces; the applicant requests to defer 86 of those spaces.
