Notice of Hearing on Amendments to the 

2024 City Fee Schedule

Notice is hereby given that the Big Lake City Council will meet on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Big Lake City Council Chambers located at 160 Lake Street North, Big Lake, MN, to consider a first amendment to the 2024 City Fee Schedule. Amendments include revisions to Therapeutic Massage licensing fees, Park & Trail Dedication fees, and sewer fee changes to Significant Industrial Users (SIU) without an industrial Wastewater Treatment Agreement, and per barrel based on actual monthly production for breweries. This amendment also includes implementation of mailbox installation permit requirements and annexation escrows. Persons desiring to be heard in reference to the proposed amendments to the 2024 City Fee Schedule will be heard at this meeting.
