NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR AN 

INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR DEFERRED PARKING 

AT 17701 198TH AVE NW 

You are hereby notified that the Big Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a request for an interim use permit at 17701 198th Ave NW. The hearing will be held in the Big Lake City Hall Council Chambers located at 160 Lake Street North on Monday, February 5, 2024, at or about 6:00 p.m.

Applicant: LISI Medical Remmele Inc  

Location: North of BNSF Railroad, south of 198th Ave NW., east of CSAH 43 and west of 

172nd St NW 

PID#: 65-553-0110 

Request: Interim use permit for deferred parking. A proposed building addition requires a total of 233 parking spaces; the applicant requests to defer 65 spaces.
