CITY OF BECKER
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, January 29, 2024 at the Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearing at this meeting:
Approximately 6:00 p.m. – Public Hearing for a Sign Height Variance Application on a property located in the City of Becker. Applicant, Image360 Rochester and Owner, Austin Bell have submitted an application for a sign height variance for the property located at 14245 Bank Street SE and currently identified as PID #60-00497-0110 for a 22-foot-tall sign on the above-described property in the City of Becker.
Following the previous public hearing – Public Hearing for a Rezoning Application on a property located in the City of Becker – Applicant and Owner, Northern States Power Company (Xcel Energy, Inc.) have submitted an application to rezone the 348 acre property located on the parcel currently identified as PID #60-00502-0010.
Following the previous public hearing – Public Hearing on Chapter 11 (Land Use Regulation), Section 11.20 Amendments – Amendments include adjusting and clarifying parking standards for T-TOWN zoning districts.
