NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Notice is hereby given that a probate proceeding has been commenced for the Estate of [June Marie Anderson], decedent, Court File No. [71-PR-25-193], in District Court, Sherburne County, Minnesota.

All interested persons are notified that objections to the probate of the Will or appointment of the Personal Representative must be filed with the Court and copies served on the Personal Representative within the time allowed by law.

All creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present their claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four (4) months after the date of this notice or the claims will be barred.
