Call to Order

The Chair opened the Housing & Redevelopment Authority Meeting. Approval of the HRA Regular Meeting Proposed Agenda Gary Gray, Board Chair

Schumacher/Felber were unanimous to approve the Housing & Redevelopment Authority Meeting Agenda as presented.

County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) Meeting Minutes from January 7th, 2025. Administration Dan Weber, Assistant County Administrator

Schumacher/Felber were unanimous to approve the County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) Meeting Minutes from January 7th, 2025, as presented.

Termination of the Existing Bond Counsel Agreement and Approval of a New Agreement with Kutak Rock, LLP. Administration Dan Weber, Assistant County Administrator, Loraine Rupp, Auditor/Treasurer 

Danielowski/Felber were unanimous to approve termination of the existing Bond Counsel agreement and approve a new agreement with Kutak Rock, LLP to act as bond counsel for a three-year period commencing June 1, 2025 through May 31, 2028, for the County of Sherburne, Sherburne County HRA, Sherburne County EDA, and Sherburne County RRA, and direct the Board Chair and County Administrator to execute the same.
