ORDINANCE 2023-01 

SUMMARY 

BUILDING CODE, CONSTRUCTION LICENSING, 

PERMITS AND REGULATIONS SECTION 9, 

SWIMMING POOLS 

The Becker Town Board so ordains: 

SECTION 1. An Amendment to Town of Becker Building Code, Construction Licensing, Permits and Regulations, Section 9 Swimming Pools: 

Add item 5 regarding accessibility for above ground pools to ordinance. 

SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication. Adopted this 23rd day of December, 2023.
