BECKER Town Planning Commission

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April  14th, 2025 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street.  The Town Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings:

7:01 p.m.  David Hyttsten & Joyce Herbranson, applicants and owners - Preliminary Plat Application for a nine-lot subdivision on the parcels identified as 05-00541-0105 and 05-00120-2100 lying south of County Road 4 and approximately ½ mile east of 145th Ave SE.

7:02 p.m.  Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Ordinance Amendment.  An amendment to add to allowed uses and make more clear interim use permit requirements.

7:03 p.m.  Great River Energy, applicant, Tony M and Valery A Wruck, owners.  An Interim Use Permit application for the parcel located at 15096 102nd Street to allow a temporary public utility outdoor storage lot.

7:04 p.m. Great River Energy, applicant, Karl Schwarzkopf, owner.  An Interim Use Permit application for the parcel located at 15346 102nd Street SE to allow a temporary public utility outdoor storage lot.

7:05 p.m. Great River Energy, applicant, Craig & Sandra Schwarzkopf, owners.  An Interim Use Permit application for the parcel located at 9830 155th Ave SE to allow a temporary public utility outdoor storage lot.

 Anyone interested in this request is encouraged to attend and comment at the Public Hearing.  If you are unable to attend please provide written comment to Lucinda Messman at P.O. Box 248, Becker, MN  55308 or by e-mail to clerk@beckertownship.org by 4:30 pm on April 14th, 2025.
