AN ORDINANCE AMENDING DEDICATIONS AND CONDITIONS OF SUCH DEDICATIONS IN CHAPTER 12 SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS (PLATTING), SECTION 12.50 

OF THE CITY OF BECKER CODE

Subd. 4. Exceptions for Outlots 

This ordinance establishes updated formulas for calculating parkland dedication to align with requirements under Minnesota Statute 462.358. 

A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
