Notice is hereby given that the Becker Township Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 10th, 2025, at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street. The Planning Commission will meet to consider the following application(s) and other planning and zoning related topics. Beginning at approximately 7:01 p.m. and following:
Public hearing for Boundary Adjustment for owner James A Nystrom Family Trust and Applicant David E Anderson Trust etal. The owners/applicant have submitted a boundary adjustment application to relocate the property line between the parcel identified as 05-00112-1300, S12, T34N, R28W and the parcel identified as 05-00112-4201, S12, T34N, R28W, Sherburne County, Minnesota.
Public hearing for Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Ordinance amendments related to Cannabis. Ordinance amendments to the Becker Joint Planning Board Zoning Ordinance as they relate to the recently adopted State Cannabis Statutes.
