A REQUEST TO VACATE
EASEMENTS IN BIG LAKE MARKETPLACE
NINTH ADDITION
You are hereby notified that the Big Lake City Council will hold a public hearing to consider vacating drainage and utility easements on Outlot A and Lot 2, Block 3 of the Big Lake Marketplace Ninth Addition. New drainage and utility easements will be dedicated in the Big Lake Marketplace Eleventh Addition final plat. The hearing will be held in the Big Lake City Hall Council Chambers located at 160 Lake Street North on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at or about 6:00 p.m.
Applicant/Owner: LGL Real Estate Investments, LLC, 8300 10th Ave N, Golden Valley, MN 55427
Location: North of BNSF railroad, east of 166th St NW, south and west of TH 10
PIDS: #65-00607-0310 and #65-00607-0010
Request(s): A vacation of drainage and utility easements on Outlot A and Lot 2, Block 3 of the Big Lake Marketplace Ninth Addition in order to plat the Big Lake Marketplace 11th Addition.
