NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR AN ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT OF §1101.04 (SUBDIVISION CODE) TO UPDATE THE DEFINITION OF A SIGNIFICANT TREE
You are hereby notified that the Big Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider an ordinance text amendment to consider changing the definition of a “Significant Tree” in § 1101.04 of the subdivision code. The hearing will be held in the Big Lake City Hall Council Chambers located at 160 Lake Street North on Monday, March 3, 2025, at or about 6:00 p.m.
Applicant: Frank Feela/FF Real Estate Services, LLC, 1740 116th Ave NW, Coon Rapids, MN 55448
Request(s): An ordinance text amendment to consider changing the definition of a “Significant Tree” in §1101.04 of the subdivision code to increase the minimum diameter to be considered significant.
