CITY OF BIG LAKE

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) AMENDMENT FOR PRAIRIE MEADOWS FIFTH ADDITION WEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF TRILLIUM LANE AND PRAIRIE DRIVE

You are hereby notified that the Big Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a request for a Preliminary Plat, Conditional Use Permit, and a PUD Amendment for Prairie Meadows Fifth Addition west of the intersection of Trillium Lane and Prairie Drive. The hearing will be held in the Big Lake City Hall Council Chambers located at 160 Lake Street North on Monday, March 3, 2025, at or about 6:00 p.m.

Request(s): Preliminary Plat, Conditional Use Permit, and a PUD Amendment for approval for Prairie Meadows Fifth Addition to approval to create 99 single-family homes lots on 40 acres and to allow deviation from the standards for construction in the Shoreland Overlay Zone.
