AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 16: 

GENERAL PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

OF THE BECKER JOINT PLANNING 

BOARD ZONING ORDINANCE

The following official summary of the amendments listed in Ordinance 2025-01 has been approved by the Joint Planning Board of the Town of Becker as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance. 

The Becker Joint Planning Board so ordains:

SECTION 1.  The Becker Joint Planning Board does hereby amend the Becker Joint Planning Zoning Ordinance as follows: 

Section 16, General Performance Standards, shall be amended to insert requirements for multi-modal shipping containers as accessory structures to the section and to renumber portions of the section following the inserted requirements.

SECTION  2.  Effective Date.   This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage and publication.

Adopted this 28th day of January, 2025.
