NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND A ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT FOR PRAIRIE MEADOWS FIFTH ADDITION WEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF TRILLIUM LANE AND PRAIRIE DRIVE
You are hereby notified that the Big Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a request for a Preliminary Plat, Conditional Use Permit, and a Zoning Text Amendment for Prairie Meadows Fifth Addition west of the intersection of Trillium Lane and Prairie Drive. The hearing will be held in the Big Lake City Hall Council Chambers located at 160 Lake Street North on Monday, January 6, 2025, at or about 6:00 p.m.
