NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City of Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, December 30, 2024 at Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue.  The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearing at this meeting:    

Approximately 6:00 p.m. – Public Hearing on Amendments to Chapter 11 Land Use Regulation (Zoning) – Amendments to the Chapter 11 Land Use Regulation (Zoning) incorporating language and use classifications to regulate cannabis operations.

Following the previous public hearing – Public Hearing on Amendments to Chapter 12 Subdivision Regulations (Platting) – Amendments to Chapter 12 Subdivision Regulations (Platting) revising dedication and conditions of such dedications under section 12.50.

Anyone interested in this issue is encouraged to attend and comment at the Public Hearings.  If you are unable to attend, please provide written comment to Jacob Sanders at P.O. Box 250, Becker, MN 55308 or by e-mail to jsanders@ci.becker.mn.us by 4:30 p.m. December 30, 2024.
