CALL TO ORDER
The Work Session of the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 727, Big Lake Schools was called to order on January 6, 2025.

ROLL CALL
All Board members were present.

ACTIVITIES UPDATE
Activities Director, Mark Kuisle, presented an update to the board.

OUTDOOR FACILITY REQUEST DISCUSSION
The board discussed how to proceed when outside organizations request to use school facilities with a temporary license to sell alcohol.

CALENDAR DISCUSSION
Superintendent Truebenbach updated the board on the progress of the 2025-2026 calendar.

REFERENDUM NEXT STEPS
The board discussed the next steps regarding a referendum.

ADJOURNMENT
A motion passed to adjourn the meeting.
