ORDINANCE No. 290, 2nd Series Summary 

AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 10.50: RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING CITY OWNED YARD WASTE SITE TO THE CITY OF BECKER CODE  

The following official summary of the ordinance referred to has been approved by the City Council of Becker as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the amendments.

Section 10.50 RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING 

CITY OWNED YARD WASTE SITE

Subd. 4. PENALTY AND ENFORCEMENT

This ordinance adds section 10.50 to city code and includes the addition of four Subdivisions. This ordinance addresses the city owned yard waste site, definitions, and enforcement actions when illegal dumping takes place at the site. 

A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
