TOWN OF BECKER

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Becker Township Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, August 12, 2024 at Becker Town Hall, 12165 Hancock Street. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings beginning at 7:01 pm and following:

Public hearing for Rezoning Application Owner/Applicant United Bus Sales, Inc.  The owners/applicants have submitted a Rezoning Application for the parcel platted as Gateway Plaza, parcel number 05-00469-0105 located in Section 15, Township 33N, Range 28W.

Public hearing for Conditional Use Permit Application, Owners/Applicant United Bus Sales.  The owners/applicants have submitted a Conditional Use permit application to operate a bus dealership and retail store on the parcel platted as Gateway Plaza, parcel number 05-00469-0105 located in Section 15, Township 34N, Range 28W.

Public hearing for a setback Variance Application, Owners/Applicants Nicholas & Sara Johnson.  The owners/applicants have submitted a front yard setback Variance Application for their structure located at 17418 165th Street SE, Big Lake, MN.
