 SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO 500

The Town Board Of Becker, Sherburne County, State Of Minnesota, Does Hereby Amend Ordinance 500, An Ordinance Governing Private And Public Driveway Road Approaches To Becker Township Roads, To Include The Following:

 SECTION ONE

 Section 2 of Ordinance 500 shall be amended to include the following:

 CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF DRIVEWAYS

 2.2.2    One driveway access per lot is permitted along a Township Road. The Town Board may approve a second driveway access provided the property owner makes application and establishes the need for the second driveway access.

 2.2.6    All roadways shall include shoulders of minimum 2 foot width, composed of a rock/gravel mix.  The Town Engineer with Town Board approval, may require additional width based on roadway design and or specifications.

SECTION TWO

EFFECTIVE DATE

This ordinance, its rules and regulations shall take effect and be in full force immediately following its adoption and publication by the Becker Township Board of Supervisors.

ADOPTED this 18th day of November 2024, by the Town Board of Supervisors of Becker Township.
