CALL TO ORDER
The Work Session of the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 727, Big Lake Schools was called to order on November 14, 2024.

ROLL CALL
All Board members were present except Mr. Derek Nelson.

COMMUNITY EDUCATION ANNUAL REPORT
Director of Community Education and Communication Services, Stephanie Hillman, provided the annual update to the board.

DATA UPDATE
Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning, Minda Anderson, reviewed the fall data.

DISCUSSION ON THE NOVEMBER 5, 2024 ELECTION RESULTS
Superintendent Truebenbach reviewed the election results.

ADJOURNMENT
A motion passed to adjourn the meeting.
