AN ORDINANCE REVISING SECTION 2.19 OF CHAPTER 2 

IN CITY CODE PROVIDING FOR FEES RELATED TO MISCELLANEOUS FEES, UTILITY RELATED FEES AND CHARGES FOR SERVICES. 

The following official summary of the ordinance referred to has been approved by the City Council of Becker as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the amendments.

Subd. 2. Fees Relating to Licensing, Administrative Citations, Miscellaneous, Property, Utilities and Services.

This ordinance revises the City Fee Schedule in the City of Becker Code Book to change fee for combination massage license renewal, clarify language for violations of the yard waste site ordinance; add fees for items to be included and increase water and sewer rate charges and monthly meter fees for 2025. 

A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
