NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR
ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT TO SECTION 1001.02 OF THE BIG LAKE CITY CODE
You are hereby notified that the Big Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a request for an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance. The hearing will be held in the Big Lake City Hall Council Chambers located at 160 Lake Street North on Monday, August 5, 2024, at or about 6:00 p.m.
Applicant/Owner: Cargill Kitchen Solutions, Inc., PO Box 5626, Minneapolis, MN 55440
Request(s): To expand the definition of “accessory use” to include property immediately adjacent to the principal use.
