NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR

VARIANCE TO CITY CODE SECTION 1006.03, SUBD. 6, 3., FOR 20021 176TH STREET NW AND 17380 

US HIGHWAY 10 NW

You are hereby notified that the Big Lake Joint Powers Board will hold a public hearing to consider a request for a variance for property located at 20021 176th Street NW and 17380 US Highway 10 NW. The hearing will be held in the Big Lake City Hall Council Chambers located at 160 Lake Street North on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at or about 4:30 p.m.

Applicant/Owner: Cargill Kitchen Solutions, Inc., PO Box 5626, Minneapolis, MN 55440

Location: North US HWY 10, east of Industrial Drive NW, west of 172nd St NW and south of 205th Ave NW 

Request(s): Variance to City Code Section 1006.03, Subd. 6, 3. Applicant is requesting to construct a parking area that encroaches within the ten-foot (10’) side yard setback of both properties.
