Public Notice: Environmental Assessment Worksheet Available for Review

The City of Big Lake is seeking public comment on an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) for a proposed 58.3-acre industrial warehouse development project in the City of Big Lake, Sherburne County, Minnesota, located just west of County Road 15 and north of the Burlington Northern Railroad corridor. The EAW evaluates the potential environmental impacts of the project.

The EAW will be available for review beginning Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at the following locations:

• Environmental Quality Board (EQB) website: 

  https://www.eqb.state.mn.us/eqb-monitor 

If necessary, the City of Big Lake can provide in-person accommodations for EAW review at City Hall, 160 Lake Street North, Big Lake, MN 55309, during normal business hours. 

Written comments on the EAW will be accepted until Thursday, August 15, 2024. Please submit comments to:
