NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR A ZONING MAP AMENDMENT TO CHANGE FROM B-3 TO B-2 GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT FOR A PROPERTY LOCATED AT
301 NORTH COUNTY ROAD 43
You are hereby notified that the Big Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a request for a Zoning Map Amendment to change a property located at 301 North County Road 43 from B-3 to B-2, General Business District. The parcel was intended to be part of the City-wide map update adopted on June 14, 2023 but the parcel was inadvertently left off of the ordinance. The hearing will be held in the Big Lake City Hall Council Chambers located at 160 Lake Street North on Monday, January 6, 2025, at or about 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter.
