NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City of Becker Planning Commission will hold their monthly meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, June 24, 2024 at the Becker City Hall, 12060 Sherburne Avenue. The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearing at this meeting:    

Approximately 6:00 p.m. – Public Hearing for a Preliminary Plat to be known as Elk Wynd Second Addition - Applicant and Owner, Penney Hammer, submitted an application for a preliminary plat for a 23 lot development that is part of the Elk Wynd Creek subdivision on the Outlot C, Outlot D, and Outlot E currently identified as PIDs #60-00467-0030, #60-00467-0040, and 60-00467-0050.

Anyone interested in this issue is encouraged to attend and comment at the Public Hearings. If you are unable to attend, please provide written comment to Austin Petersen at P.O. Box 250, Becker, MN 55308 or by e-mail to apetersen@ci.becker.mn.us by 4:30 p.m. June 24, 2024.
