AN ORDINANCE REVISING SECTION 11.02, 11.21, SUBDIVISION 2, AND 11.75, SUBDIVISION 5.B. CHAPTER 11 LAND USE REGULATION (ZONING) OF THE CITY OF BECKER CODE 

The following official summary of the ordinance referred to has been approved by the City Council of Becker as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the amendments.

Subd. 5. General Development Provisions

This ordinance revises section 11.02, 11.21, subdivision 2, and 11.75, subdivision 5 of Chapter 11 of the City of Becker Code to clarify where private streets / roads are prohibited and allowed in the City. 

A printed copy of the entire ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall any Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
