ORDINANCE NO. 2024-05

AMENDING 2024 FEE SCHEDULE ORDINANCE

THE CITY OF CLEARWATER HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:

Ordinance 2024-01 Fee Schedule Ordinance is hereby amended to add the following language to the section outlining Park Rental Fees:

Rental fees and accompanying damage deposit requirements will be waived for use of city facilities by other government agencies whose use has been requested and pre-approved by the city administrator or designee. Use by government agencies will be allowed when the facility has not already been reserved by a paying customer.

Effective Date. This ordinance will be effective retro-active to January 1, 2024 following its passage and publication, which is hereby authorized by the City Council.
