Notice is hereby given Notice is hereby given that the Clearwater Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on September 16th, 2024 at City Hall, 605 County Road 75 NW at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider a request by JCubed Properties LLC. The request is for a Preliminary Plat to develop several commercial lots for future development at PID 104-043-000010. Legal description available at City Hall upon request.
